I visited the Riverwalk store on Thursday and had the most pleasant experience. Dwight was professional, approachable and most importantly, patient. Because of his courteousness, I think I've found a new place to shop.

Visited the Sunglass Hut in Osage and they only had display for sale. I asked for a disco and he declined. I feel thus is poor service. I don't want to have a pair if glasses that 150 people tried on. I'll go elsewhere for my business as my child scratched my pair. Going to go to my hometown to shop then.

The service I received was exemplary. I spoke to Emma who was extremely helpful and polite. The speed of delivery was excellent and the product was great! I would definitely recommend this site to anyone who is looking for some glasses!

Jus thought I had to write a review, I ordered my glasses on wednesday 23rd on site it said delivery would be Friday however i realised that maybe there would be a little late due to covid 19, I got my ups tracking number on friday, i was able to track all the movements of my glasses right from Italy, I've jus receive my glasses today, I was really pleased with the delivery time even though they was a few days late, i did worry abit after reading reviews from here but no trouble at all.

Purchased my Burberry shades approximately 3 1/2 months ago. My shades broke one morning. Called the Pueblo store and was treated with great respect. Did not get the young ladies name, however she said she would work with me on fixing the shades or replace. Shades could not be repaired. The sales clerk Calvin assisted me on picking a replacement. He was neither rude or pushy. My final decision was a pair he suggested. I bought my original Burberry's from him. I am debating on a pair of Versaces that I will definitely purchase from Calvin. He can get a vampire to buy shades, he's very knowledgeable on sunglasses.

I had purchased a pair of Oakley's in July. By November, one of the arms snapped off for no apparent reason. I had taken pristine care of the glasses. They always remained in their case when unused, they were a pair I used for driving and hiking. The glasses weren't abused by any stretch of the imagination. I wrote to Oakley, sent the requisite 6 pictures, shared my story and Oakley said they would replace them at a cost of $130. No way. I had several pairs of Oakley products, both goggles and glasses. I will never buy another Oakley product again. These sunglasses were absolutely, positively defective. So, in Feb. I was at the Destiny Mall in Syracuse and stopped in to Sunglass Hut to see, on a prayer, if they would do anything. I met with the most helpful sales people. They looked at the glasses, saw that there wasn't a scratch on them anywhere and the arm was a clean snap. After a careful inspection, they also agreed the glasses were defective and offered a free replacement. Of course, I refused to buy another pair of Oakley's and had to pay an up charge for my Maui Jim's, but was happy to do so. I was very pleased with their service and quite surprised, given the manufacturer's big middle finger.

David was very sweet and helpful. I was able to find a nice pair of Maui Jims (punchbowl style). David listened to what I wanted and shaped them to fit my head. He was charming, and not at all pushy.
