I order from PLT frequently. I always receive my parcels within a couple of days and return anything unwanted through doddle in Morrisons. It's an easy and smooth process and have always received my full refund without any issues. My last order I accidentally got sent to my previous address and the customer service team pulled resources and retrieved my parcel even though it was my own fault. They returned the parcel to themselves and issued my refund straight away.Can't rate their customer service any higher.. my daughter loves their clothes and will no doubt always be a loyal customer.Many thanks PLT... I have to say I was quite surprised with my order considering all of the negative reviews, I have only ordered from pretty little thing twice, first time the dress I ordered was too small but I think because I didn’t get the right size and didn’t measure myself also, second time I made two orders so 9 items in total $200 worth, the delivery was quite slow took over a week for the package to arrive with express but I know there is international delays with the coronavirus, but all items I received were all the correct sizes, all of them fit perfectly the quality was fine its what you pay for, hopefully I have no issues in the future buying from them cause I will definitely buy again.

I have reviewed this store before but it was only 1 star. I have changed that and now I want to give them a 4 star review because all of the dramas I had with that order were fixed quickly and all of the staff were very nice. The only reason I have not given them full stars is because of the dramas in the first place and the clothes are good, but not great quality.

I order something new from PLT probably every fortnight! Absolutely love their clothes and the quality is always my number 1 go to for online shopping. Today was the first time I’ve experience a problem with my clothes a zip was broken on my pair of jeans which happens! But the other 5 items I ordered were amazing. The girls I spoke to were very helpful. First Madison was very friendly to help and transferred me to the right department. From their Mavie was an amazing help offered me a refund for what I paid for the pants and told me there was no need to ship them back to them! Was very helpful and took a lot of stress out of my day to have to go and ship them back. Overall I will always love to shop from PLT and I recommend to all of my friends

Honestly, I don't understand why the reviews for PLT are so bad? This is one of the best fast fashion online stores! 99% of the time you will find something to wear for ANYTHING !!!! It maybe hit and miss sometimes for fits but 99% of the time, anything I have bought has been AMAZZZZZING!!! The prices are sooo AFFORDABLE! IM GONA START MY OWN YOUTUBE REVIEWING CHANNEL!!! I think people need to see how good the goods are!!!

I used to order from here all the time with no problems, but everything I order now seems to come ridiculously small! I am a 10 and most clothes off here I’m having to buy size 14’s!! Not very good for your self esteem at all everything seems to come ridiculously tight. Delivery is always quick and I always get my refund within around a week but won’t be carrying on ordering from here as I have to send everything back all the time

I order from pretty little thing all the time, the quality of the majority of the clothes is always good and items always arrive as they look 90% of the time, the customer service has always been wonderful when I've had any problems. My most recent holiday order I received a dress that had a lot of pulls in the fabric and a pair of culottes that had a rip and mark on them, my issue was sorted within ten minutes via the Facebook messaging account they have, and the customer service assistant zoe was amazing, she refunded me for my dress as it was no longer in stock and sent me a new pair of trousers, she was super helpful a d friendly and made the experience really easy.

This is my personal experience; I have ordered on the Australian PLT website around 6-7 times. The pros:-They are a legit clothing website-Their clothes are cheaper than other alternatives -*Some* of their clothes are really pretty-They respond in a timely and appropriate manner on Facebook! I'm pretty pleased about their customer service The cons-Some of their clothes are really cheaply made and are not good quality -There was this floral dress that I ordered, it looked cute in the photo, but it looked terrible in real life. The pattern was gross looking and the fabric was thin. To be fair it was cheap, but the picture was a bit deceiving. - a surprising amount of their orders fail. The second time I ordered something, the order failed for no reason at all, but they did refund me. A second time, my parcel was apparently lost in transit, but they also immediately refunded me. So some orders can be quite disappointing.-Their website is a bit weird; one time I tried ordering something with a travel credit card but their website stated that my order could not be processed with my credit card. They charged that credit card anyway, but I cancelled that transaction. -The way they update if an item is in stock is weird. For some dresses, they'll say that one particular size is sold out. Then in 2 days, that size will be available again. When this happens and I decide to order a dress after it says it was out of stock then back in stock again, the order has failed (this happened 2 times as stated above). Suggestions: -if you want to buy something from PLT, buy it using paypal (I feel like its safer in general)-if the pictures of the model wearing the clothing are at really weird angles with weird lighting OR there is no video of the model wearing it, chances are that the clothing actually looks sucky in real life

a great place to get clothes for SUMMER not much choice for winter. But clothes are so cheap and good but sometimes the colours arnt what they say they are in the website
